1、--毕业论文（20__届）浙江万里学院商学院××××××××××××商业银行发展供应链融资业务研究21浙江万里学院商学院××××××××××××摘要随着我国经济体制改革的不断深入和市场化进程的不断推进，中小企业已逐渐成为当代经济体系中最为活跃的因素和力量。然而这些中小企业自身普遍存在的信用弱、周转资金缺乏、应收账款回收慢、贷款担保难的四大障碍，紧紧扣住其发展的瓶颈，制约了中小企业的发展。商业银行的经营原则首先是确保安全性，很难对中小企业这一高风险群体提供金融支持。供应链融资通过借助于中小企业同处一条供应链的大企业的资信，以第三方物流企业的参加管理，不仅解决了中小企业作为弱势一方

2、融资难的问题，更重要的意义在于使整条供应链的资金配置达到均衡，增强了整体的竞争力，也搭建了银行和供应链上企业群体的良性互动。本文着重通过传统贸易融资与供应链融资业务的对比，来揭露出商业银行开展供应链融资业务发展中存在的问题和潜在的风险并提出相应的建议，希望能为政府或者有关部门提供参考。关键词：供应链融资；资金配置；物流企业21浙江万里学院商学院××××××××××××AbstractWiththeconstantdeep-goingofthenationaleconomicsystemreformandtheadvanceofmarketingprocess,smallandm
