1、响应面法设计降低鸡蛋胆固醇的中草药复方添加剂1!的研究门文卉，陈暗，林连兵，邓先余*(昆明理工大学，生命科学与技术学院，云南省昆明市邮编650500)摘要：对泽泻、决明子、绞股蓝超微粉碎物用量进行优化纽•合，探索降低鸡蛋胆固醉的屮草药复方添加剂配比，依据响应而法原理使用Box-Behnken设计实验数学模型并评估授优配比下中草药复力添加剂的效果。结果表明，中草药复方最佳配比为：泽泻超微粉碎物用量695.49mg,决明子超微粉碎物川量893.14mg,绞股蓝超微粉碎物用M334.13mg,该条件下
2、检测鸡蛋丿1H固醇含最为2.48mmol/L,与空口对照相比，试验组的料蛋比降低了33.64%,产蛋率提高了11.73%,冇显著性差异(严0.05)；显著降低了蛋黄中的胆固醇含量69.90%和甘油三酯含量41.78%(p<0.05),显著提髙蛋鸡免疫能力加0.05)。响应而法能够用于屮草药复方添加剂处方配比优化，此配方能很好的降低鸡蛋胆固醇，为实际生产提供理论依据。关键词：响应面；鸡蛋；胆固醇；中草药复方中图分类号：S831.5ThestudyofcompoundChineseherbaddit
