1、响应面法设计降低鸡蛋胆固醇的中草药复方添加剂1!的研究门文卉,陈暗,林连兵,邓先余*(昆明理工大学,生命科学与技术学院,云南省昆明市邮编650500)摘要:对泽泻、决明子、绞股蓝超微粉碎物用量进行优化纽•合,探索降低鸡蛋胆固醉的屮草药复方添加剂配比,依据响应而法原理使用Box-Behnken设计实验数学模型并评估授优配比下中草药复力添加剂的效果。结果表明,中草药复方最佳配比为:泽泻超微粉碎物用量695.49mg,决明子超微粉碎物川量893.14mg,绞股蓝超微粉碎物用M334.13mg,该条件下
2、检测鸡蛋丿1H固醇含最为2.48mmol/L,与空口对照相比,试验组的料蛋比降低了33.64%,产蛋率提高了11.73%,冇显著性差异(严0.05);显著降低了蛋黄中的胆固醇含量69.90%和甘油三酯含量41.78%(p<0.05),显著提髙蛋鸡免疫能力加0.05)。响应而法能够用于屮草药复方添加剂处方配比优化,此配方能很好的降低鸡蛋胆固醇,为实际生产提供理论依据。关键词:响应面;鸡蛋;胆固醇;中草药复方中图分类号:S831.5ThestudyofcompoundChineseherbaddit
