1、摘要:ri的探讨兔肝脏撞击伤后血液黏弹性变化的特点及英临床意义和对机体的影响,为临床在肝损伤后早期采用降黏抬施提供实验研究依据。方法建立兔肝脏撞击伤的动物模型,分别在伤前、伤后10、30、60、120分钟及死亡即时等几个时相点各抽血2ml,24小时内全部送检并完成测定,并按血液黏弹性计算方法得出结果。结果肝撞击伤后当时间一定,血液黏度(H)随剪切率的增人而降低;当剪切率一定,H随时间的延长而升高。剪切率(3)—定,血液黏度分量(V)、血液弹性分量(G)随时间的延长而升高;时间一定,J随3的增大先降低
2、后升高,在3为1.627时增大到最高峰后再降低;G,随宀的增大先升高,在3为3.000时,增大到最高峰后再降低。结论在家兔肝撞击伤后的早期抗休克救治过程中,积极输血扩容的同时,还应采取措施降低血液黏度及黏弹性,以达到改善微循坏,有效纠正组织缺血缺氧的不良状况,防止全身并发症的发生,关键词:肝脏;撞击伤;血液黏弹性;兔Experimentalstudyoncharacteristicsofbloodviscoelasticitychangesandmechanismofaffectingthebody
