1、村域规划中建设用地与非建设用地的整体规划探讨摘耍：村域规划作为村庄规划编制的重耍内容，正在新农村建设的浪潮下日益凸显其对于镇村体系规划和新农村建设至关重要的作用和意义。随着我国城乡统筹的发展和新农村建设的推进，村域规划的研究虽口益引起学界的重视，但在现阶段新农村规划中，却存在着木质上的误区。目前国内对于村庄的建设用地规划得较为详细，但对于非建设用地中的耕地、农业设施、水利设施的规划等却涉及较少，村庄规划等同于了修建居民点、风貌改造和修路。而作为村域规划不可分割的两大部分，更需要规划的协调和整理，才能建设健康有序，生态自然的新农村。本论文针对村域建设用地规划现
2、状，提出“村域建设用地”、“村域非建设用地”的概念,并从两者冇机结合的规划理念出发，利用“图底关系”理论，在村域规划中如何整体打造村庄特色，使其整体协调发展等方面提出具体的改进措施，为村域规划提供参考。关键词：村域规划；新农村；建设用地；卄•建设用地；图底关系Abstract:Villagedomainplanningasanimportantcontentofthevillagesplarining,isthetideofnewruralconstructionundertheZhenCunincreasinglyprominentforsystempla
