4、le.Theseadvancesofpreventivemaintenanceisthatitistimebased.Studieshavefacilitatetheintegrationofmodel-baseddiagnosisandprognosisrevealedthatmostoftheequipmentfailuresarenotrelatedtoofsystems,leadingtocondition-basedmaintenanceandincreasedthenumberofhourstheywereoperating[1].Hence,inmanyava
5、ilabilityofsystems.Withanaccuratesimulationmodelofacases,time-basedsolutionsarenotcosteffective.Consequently,system,diagnosticsandprognosticscanbesynthesizedconcur-rentlywithsystemdesign.Inthispaper,wedevelopanintegratedtheseconventionalmaintenancestrategiesarenotadequateprognosticprocessb
6、asedondatacollectedfrommodel-basedtofulfilltheneedsofexpensiveandhighavailabilitytrans-simulationsundernominalanddegradedconditions.Prognosticportationandindustrialsystems.Condition-basedmaintenancemodelsareconstructedbasedondifferentrandomloadconditions(CBM)isanalternativethatusesembeddedd
7、iagnosticsand(modes).AnInteractingMultipleModel(IMM)isusedtotracktheprognosticstodeterminesystemshealth.Failureprognosishiddendamage.Remaining-lifepredictionisperformedbymixingmode-basedlifepredictionsviatime-averagedmodeprobabilities.inCBMinvolvesforecastingo
