4、grooveismanipulationsoftheSurfacePlasmonPolaritons(SPPs).The50nmwideand3umlong.TheperiodofgroovearraysisaSPPpropagationanddispersionpropertiesweresystematicallyvariableP.Pisvariedfrom110nm,130nmto150nm.Fig1(b)studiedinthetheoreticalmeta-surfaceschemebynumericalisillustratingtheperspectivevie
