4、ricquantumwell.DuetotheRashbaspin-orbitinteraction,miminaofdispersionrelationforelectronsinconductionbandareshiftedwithrespecttothemaximumofdispersiondependenceforholesinΓ-point.Whenenergyandmomentumintervalsbetweenextremaindispersionrelationsofelectronsandholesmatchdispersionrelationofplasmon
