3、city,enhancingsensitivityandspeed.Severalmechanismswereproposedinpreviousstudies:onewasbasedontheinteractionbetweengoldnanoparticles(AuNPs)andDNAwhiletheotherwasattributedtotheheattransferpropertyofAuNPs.Inthispaper,weproposethattheinteractionbetweenAuNPsandDNApolymerasecan
4、significantlyinfluencePCR.First,theadditionofDNApolymerasecaneliminatetheinhibitoryeffectsofexcessAuNPs.Second,theadditionofAuNPswillincreaseyieldofthedesiredPCRproductandmaketheoptimumconcentrationofDNApolymerasemovetohighervalue.Third,whileexcesspolymerasemightinhibitampl
5、ificationefficiency,AuNPscanreversethisprocessandtheyieldofPCRamplification.BasedontheseresultsweproposeapossiblemechanismthatAuNPsmightmodulatetheactivityofpolymeraseandimprovePCRamplification.PCR,nanoparticles,Au/goldnanoparticle,polymerase,mechanism[6]Polymerasechainreac
