3、ateshallhaveatLeastoneConstitutionfortheUnitedStatesofAmerica.Representative;anduntilsuchenumerationshallbemade,theStateofNewHampshireshallbeentitledtochusethree,Massachusettseight,Rhode-IslandandProvidencePlantationsone,Connecticutfive,New-Yorksix,NewArtic
4、le.I.Jerseyfour,Pennsylvaniaeight,Delawareone,Marylandsix,Virginiaten,NorthCarolinafive,SouthCarolinafive,andGeorgiathree.SECTION.1.WhenvacancieshappenintheRepresentationfromanyAlllegislativePowershereingrantedshallbevestedinaState,theExecutiveAuthoritythe
5、reofshallissueWritsofCongressoftheUnitedStates,whichshallconsistofaSen-ElectiontofillsuchVacancies.ateandHouseofRepresentatives.TheHouseofRepresentativesshallchusetheirSECTION.2.SpeakerandotherOfficers;andshallhavethesolePowerofImpeachment.TheHouseofReprese
6、ntativesshallbecomposedofMem-berschoseneverysecondYearbythePeopleoftheseveralSECTION.3.States,andtheElectorsineachStateshallhavetheQualifi-cationsrequisiteforElectorsofthemostnumerousBranchTheSenateoftheUnitedStatesshallbecomposedoftwooftheStateLegislature.
7、SenatorsfromeachState,[chosenbytheLegislaturethere-of,]*forsixYears;andeachSenatorshallhaveoneVote.NoPersonshallbeaRepresentativewhoshallnothaveattainedtotheAgeoftwentyfiveYears,andbeensevenImmediatelyaftertheyshallbeassembledinConsequenceYearsaCitizenofthe
