3、streamproducts,strategicintegrationwiththeworldeconomyandthestate’spolicytopromotelargebusinesses.China’slargeSOEsaredevelopingnewinstitutionalformsthatdonotneatlyfitintoexistingpatterns.Chinaisexperimentallychangingitsinstitutionsthroughacombinationofcentralpolicy,localinitiativeandinteractio
