1、芯片检测幽门螺杆菌左氧氟沙星耐药gyrA基因突变的应用施莉陈燕萍黄伟幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是慢性活动性胃炎和消化道溃疡的重要致病菌,且与胃癌和胃黏膜相关淋巴样组织(MALT)淋巴瘤等多种消化系统疾病密切相关,目前已被世界卫生组织癌症研究委员会列为一类致癌原[1]。Hp的清除与根治,直接关系到上述疾病的转归。随着抗菌药的大量使用,Hp耐药率日渐增高,左氧氟沙星是一类新型治疗Hp的喹诺酮类抗生素,但也出现了不同程度的耐药现象[2-4]。Hp对左氧氟沙星耐药与gyrA基因C261A/G、G271A/T和A272G点突变相关。本研究用针对上述点突变的基因芯片检测Hp对左氧氟沙星耐药的g
