1、西北工业大学硕士学位论文摘要产学研合作作为技术创新的有效形式已为我国的经济发展发挥了巨大作用，其中健康的产学研合作机制是其作用得以发挥的关键，产学研合作机制研究也因此成为一项颇具意义的课题。本文首先分析了我国产学研合作的实施背景和当前中国发展形势对产学研合作研究的新要求，从而明确了系统创新理论对本文的指导地位。其次对产学研合作的概念和历史进行了回顾并引入两种典型的系统创新理论模型：国家创新体系理论模型和合作创新系统理论模型。在此基础上构造了产学研合作创新系统模型。最后，以产学研合作创新系统模型为指导，从两个角度对产学研合作机制进行了研究：一、合作生命周期角度：二、系统角度
