3、ctmanagementwerereviewedandanalyzed。andthemaincontentandstructureofthisdissertationweregiven．Inchapter2，thedefinitionofETOproductwasgivenfirstly,andthemasscustomizationprocessofETOwasanalyzed．Thencombinedwiththedefinitionandcharacterofproject。thisdissertationthoughtthatthemasscustomizationprocess

4、ofETOcouldbemanagedwithproiectmode．ThedefinitionofETOproductprojectmanagementforMCwasclarified，andtherelationshipsamongprojectstructure，resource，schedule．andcostwereresearched．Then，theframeworkofETOproductprojectmanagementforMCwasbuilt．Inchapter3，afteranalyzingthecharactedsticsofcostestimationand

5、projectquotationandthecompositionofETOproductcost．thepmcessofprojectquotationwasproposed．Then，theframeworkofquotationdecisionsuppodwasgiven．Finally,inordertocalculatesomeespecialpa^scost。whiGhcouldberedesigninprocessofMC，apartsmanufactudngcostestimationmodelwasputforward．Inthe4thchapter,arapidpro

6、jectplanmethodbasedonprojectmainplanwasproposed．Theprocesstosetupprojectmainplanwasresearchedmainly,whichincludedprojectworkbreakdown，projectactivityrelationshipanalysesandprojectdurationcomputation．Then，theprocessofprojectplaninstentiationwasreseamhed，andthemethodofprojectplaninstantiationwaspre
