4、stance.Recentstudieshaveshownthatsomepathogenscanmimicthehostplantubiquitin/proteasomesystemcomponentstoachievetheirownpurposes.UbiquitinGconjugatingenzymeisthesecondenzymeintheubiquitinationprocessandisindispensablefortheplantubiquitin/proteasomesystem
5、.Previousstudiesshowedthatthereare48predictedubiquitinGconjugatingenzymegenesinricegenome.InordertopreliminarilyelucidatethefunctionsofriceubiquitinGconjugatingenzymegenesinplantdiseaseresistance,bioinformatic,RNAGseqandqRTGPCRmethodswereusedtoanalyzech
6、aracteristicsandexpressionpatternsofriceubiquitinGconjugatingenzymegenefamily.Phylogenetictreeanalysesindicatethatthe48riceubiquitinGconjugatingenzymegenescanbedividedinto3groups,7subGgroupsintotal.ProteindomainanalysisshowedthatubiquitinGconjugatingenz
7、ymegenesmainlyconsistofabigubiquitinGconjugatingenzymecatalyticdomain.ExpressionanalysisinsilicosuggestedthatmostofthericeubiquitinGconjugatingenzymescanbeinducedbyblastfungusinfection.PlantcisGactingelementsanalysisindicatedthatfourpathogenresistanceci
8、sGactingelementsandonehypersensitivityreactioncisGactingelementhavehighdistributioninthepromoterregionofthe48riceubiquitinGconjugatingenzymegenes.RNAGseqdatafromcompatibleandincompatiblemonogenicriceafterriceblastfungusinfections
