5、easdonorparentinthebackgroundofGuanglu’ai4,formeanscomparisonsbetweenCSSSLsandtherecipientparentGuanglu’ai4byoneGwayanalysisofvarianceandDunnett’stest.Atotalof40QTLsforheadGingdatewereidentifiedonall12chromosomesundertwodifferenttemperaturesandlightintensitieswithasignificanc
6、eofP≤0.001.TwentyGoneQTLsforheadingdateweremappedinthetwoenvironments,15QTLsonlyinNanjing,andfouronlyinSanya.ThirtyGsixQTLsweremappedinNanjing,theadditiveeffectsofwhichrangedfrom2?8dto15.7d,theadditiveeffectpercentagesfrom3.8%to21.1%;25QTLsweremappedinSanya,theadditiveeffecto
