5、itutionlines(CSSSLs)derivedfromNipponbareasdonorparentinthebackgroundofGuanglu’ai4,formeanscomparisonsbetweenCSSSLsandtherecipientparentGuanglu’ai4byoneGwayanalysisofvarianceandDunnett’stest.Atotalof40QTLsforheadGingdatewereidentifiedonall12chromosomesundertwodiffer
6、enttemperaturesandlightintensitieswithasignificanceofP≤0.001.TwentyGoneQTLsforheadingdateweremappedinthetwoenvironments,15QTLsonlyinNanjing,andfouronlyinSanya.ThirtyGsixQTLsweremappedinNanjing,theadditiveeffectsofwhichrangedfrom2?8dto15.7d,theadditiveeffectpercentag
7、esfrom3.8%to21.1%;25QTLsweremappedinSanya,theadditiveeffectofwhichrangedfrom1.8to12.1d,theadditiveeffectpercentagesfrom1.7%to11.3%.TheresultsareimportantfortheQTLscloningandbreedingofnewhighGqualityricevarietyindifferentenvironments.Keywords:rice;chromosomesingleseg
