1、天津大学硕士学位论文城市地下空间开发影响因素研究姓名：巩明强申请学位级别：硕士专业：土地资源管理指导教师：毕星20070601中文摘要随着城市的发展，其规模效应和聚集效应不断增强，土地价格上升、建筑密度增大，以及功能上的需求都使得多数城市都选择开发地下空间，以获得土地的最优化使用。但地下开发的高额成本和人们固有的生活习惯都使得地下工程建设需要谨慎论证，而如何确定开发的规模、形式，以及是否有必要开发，都需要对影响地下空间开发的根本原因进行研究。本论文分为两大部分。第一部分是从第一章至第三章，为理论研究部分。第一章首先介绍了关于城市地下空间开发的概念，以及研究方法和背景等，为下文奠定了理

2、论基础；第二章全面阐述了关于城市地下空间开发的分类及特点和地下空间开发的必要性，并介绍了地下空问学科和地下空间开发需求的基本理论；第三章主要对国外利用地下空间成绩显著的国家进行了介绍，主要涉及日本、美国和欧洲，并对这三种不同的开发模式利弊进行了总结，在此基础上探讨我国城市地下开发的现状和潜力。第四到第五章是在前面理论分析的基础上的定量分析部分。第四章利用因子分析的方法对国内16个城市的22项数据指标进行了分析，得到决定地下空问开发规模的主要影响因子；第五章在数据处理的基础上结合国内地下空间开发的现状进行对比分析，对本文分析开发程度的方法进行验证和总结。本文研究思路主要来源于城市土地等
