1、⑧申请同济大学工学硕士学位论文城市地下空间分层开发模式研究培养单位：一级学科：二级学科：研究生：指导教师：土木工程学院土木工程岩土工程李春束昱教授二oo七年三月摘要随着社会经济的飞速发展，我国的大城市已经出现地下空间的开发热潮，地下空间的开发利用规模不断扩大，功能类别也呈多样化发展。由于地下空间开发缺乏在竖向层次进行规划，导致一部分设施开发存在不合理，地下设施间空间占用的冲突矛盾屡见不鲜，严重影响了地下空间开发的正常进行。科学合理地确定城市地下空间的分层开发模式，使地下空间的开发遵照有序、有理、有利的原则进行，不仅能够节省建设投资，而且可以提高地下空间的有效利

2、用，应该得到应有的重视。本文正是基于上述的背景展开相关研究与探讨。首先总结城市地下空问分层开发理论的研究进展，为本文的开展提供相关的理论支持。其次对国内外城市地下空间分层开发现状进行了统计分析，找出分层开发的一般规律，并结合我国实际确定城市竖向分层区划。然后重点选择地下交通、地下公共服务、市政基础、防灾与生产储存等城市地下空间重点开发设施，逐个进行相关研究，探讨各个设施的竖向空间配置，得出地下设施开发适宜深度建议表。接着尝试从数学的角度出发对各类地下设施的优先开发顺序进行评定，并提出相应的计算方法。最后，重点对城市道路、广场、绿地和建筑四类区域地下空间的分层开
