1、摘要城市地下空间开发在大规模的城市再开发过程中起着极其重要的作用，在有效改善地面环境的同时，增加城市可利用空间。本文在国内各大城市大力开发利用地下空间的背景下，重点研究了城市地下空间开发的动因及影响因素，并从规划的角度对地下空间的利用形态和主要功能的空间配置做了较为全面的论述。首先是重点对国内外城市地下空间的功能进行研究，从地下空间的空间特性归结出城市地下空间开发的主要功能类型，此外，对国内外地下空间开发利用的主要模式进行整理，总结出单一利用模式、以城市核心区功能重塑为目的、以地下交通网络为依托及以城市次中心区

2、建设为依托的地下空间开发利用模式的不同特点。其次从经济学的视角分析出地下空间开发的真正动因，通过公共产品的外部性分析分离出地下空间的替代效应和加合效应，再以市场的眼光从供求两方面对地下空间开发的动因作出分析。接下来则重点分析了城市经济发展水平、城市规模、城市扩展包括水平方向和垂直方向扩展对城市地下空间利用的影响。最后则主要立足于地下空间规划的角度，对其空间利用形态、节点连接的空间方式、城市中心区主要地下功能的空间配置方式进行了研究。本文利用公共产品的外部性模型分析城市地下空间开发利用的动因，这在相关研究领域是不
