1、湖南师范大学硕士学位论文现代篮球大前锋的特征及发展研究姓名：丛向辉申请学位级别：硕士专业：课程与教学论（体育）指导教师：易小坚20060901中文摘要随着中国篮坛的天才中锋，NBA状元秀姚明的出现，中国男篮内线看起来空前强大，已经具备了和世界一流强队较量的资本，然而从第二十八届雅典奥运会中国男篮的表现来看，姚明独木难支，大前锋的薄弱已经成为中国男篮的软肋，中国男篮的溃败，原因很多，但其中很重要的一点就是大前锋的表现难以让人满意，除了攻击手段单一，防守当中也不能分担中锋的压力，起不到内外线的衔接和枢纽作用

2、。本课题采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、录像分析法、数理统计法等对04-05赛季NBA常规赛中优秀的大前锋和CBA联赛中表现突出的大前锋作为研究对象进行分析研究，得出以下结论：现代篮球大前锋具备中锋的高度和小前锋的速度，围绕大前锋制定战术能提高比赛的攻守节奏，有效地控制前后场篮板球，掌握攻守的主动权。现代篮球大前锋的基本特征是：攻防区域以中区为主，根据不同风格分别以近区或远区为辅；攻击技术以投篮和抢篮板球为主，助攻次之；防守技术以抢篮板球和盖帽为主，抢断次之；身材高大，以匀称型为主；大前锋成为球

3、队攻防的核心。影响现代篮球大前锋形成的主要因素包括：现代篮球运动的特点、篮球技战术的发展、篮球运动员身体条件和身体素质的发展以及篮球规则的改进。同世界优秀大前锋相比，我国的篮球大前锋还存在较大的差距和不足，具体表现在：运动寿命短、对抗不足、基本功差、战术意识不强、作风不顽强、心理素质不稳定。因此，作者认为，要注重现代篮球大前锋的选材，加强技、战术、身体素质、心理素质、思想品质和作风等全方面培养。关键词：现代篮球，大前锋，特征，发展AbstractItlooksasifthepaintofChinesem
