3、d.Usingtheflatwidthoftheback-EMFascriterion,thegapfieldandwindingstructure’Sinfluenceoncommutationtorquerippleisanalyzedquantitatively.Thenichinggeneticalgorithmisadopted,whichCanoptimizemultipleobjectssimultaneously.Andthefuzzylogiccontrollerisintroducedtorea
4、lizetheself-adaptiveregulationofthealgorithm’Sparameterstoenhanceitsconvergentspeedandstability.ThistechniqueisfinallyusedintotheoptimizationdesignofaBLDCmotoLThemotor’seffectivenessisimproved,andthetorquerippleisreducedatthesametime.Secondly,basedonthemathema
5、ticaldefinitionofcommutationtorqueripple,thefunctionofcommutationtorquerippleandcommutationinstantisdeduced,andthepropercommutationinstantsarcprovedtobethezerocrossingsoflineback-EMFs.ThenahovelsensorlesscontrolschemebasedontheKalmanfilteralgorithmispresented.
6、Withthismethod,awiderangeofspeedregulationcanbeobtained,noneutralvoltage,timeshiftedorsilentphaserequired.Consideringthetimeoccupiedbysampling,computingandoperatinginthecontrolprocess,thecorrespondingcompensationisalsoimplicated.Finally,thisdissertationanalyze
