2、策，这为院校研究提供了大显身手的机会和舞台。近年来，高等教育的大众化发展趋势也使我国高等学校在自身发展中出现了许多新的问题，高等学校的管理者一直在不断反思如何应对这些新的挑战，院校研究也开始得到了我国高等教育研究者的逐渐认可和重视。我国的高等学校开始在借鉴美国院校研究经验的基础上，着手开展中国特有的院校研究。本文从院校研究的本质特征为出发点，在对院校研究的主体，性质及作用客观表述的基础上，通过查阅相关文献和深入的访谈，深刻分析了院校研究理论以及我国院校研究现存问题及原因，并提出了解决这些问题的建议及对策，同时，对院校研究的未来发
