1、济南大学毕业论文摘要本文用热注入法合成了CdSe量子点,然后分别用正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APS)作为修饰剂进行CdSe量子点的自组装,并用三辛基膦(TOP)作为配体制备了CdSe/ZnS量子点。通过X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、荧光光谱仪、紫外可见近红外光谱仪等手段对制备样品进行了表征。结果表明:CdSe量子点的荧光发射峰波长随反应时间的延长而增大;其荧光强度随着放置时间的延长发生衰减,且荧光发射峰波长先发生红移后发生蓝移,说明这种方法制备的CdSe量子点不稳定。加入正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)和1μL氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APS)使CdSe量
2、子点发生了团聚,加入1.5μL氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APS)后CdSe量子点进行了自组装。以不同荧光发射峰波长的CdSe量子点为内核制备的CdSe/ZnS的波长随内核波长的增大而增大,且与内核波长相比均出现了红移,红移量随CdSe量子点波长的增大而减小,说明CdSe内核决定了其荧光性质,而ZnS外壳只起修饰和改善作用,并且ZnS层随CdSe量子点粒径的减小而变厚。关键词:CdSe;量子点;自组装;核壳纳米晶-42-济南大学毕业论文ABSTRACTInthisthesis,theCdSequantumdotsweresynthesizedbyhotinjecti

5、dSequantumdotspreparedbythissynthesisareunstable.Intheprocessofself-assemblyofCdSequantumdots,tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)or1μLofaminopropyltriethoxysilane(APS)causeagglomerationand1.5μLofaminopropyltriethoxysilane(APS)leadstoself-assembly.CdSequantumdotsofdifferentPLpeakwavelengt
6、hwereusedascorestosynthetizeCdSe/ZnSquantumdots.ThewavelengthofCdSe/ZnSincreaseswiththeincreaseofthewavelengthofCdSequantumdots,andthePLpeakwavelengthexhibitsaredshift.RedshiftdecreaseswiththeincreaseofCdSequantumdots'wavelength.TheresultsindicatethatCdSecoresdeterminefluorescencep
