3、ainingvariesconsiderablyfromorganizationtoorganization.Afewcompaniesaregenuinelycommittedtoenhancingtheskillsandcompetencesoftheirworkforce.Othercompaniesconducttrainingprimarilytomeetrequiredjobsafetyregulations.Sadly,manycompaniesconducttrainingsimplyforappearance'ssake.Regardlessofther
4、easonsorlevelofcommitmenttotheprocess,theneedforemployeetraininghasincreasedsignificantlyinrecentyears.Thisincreaseisdirectlyrelatedtotherapidlyexpandinguseoftechnologywithinsocietyingeneralandbusinessandindustryinparticular.Ithasalsobeenprecipitatedbyarenewedemphasisonqualityandcustomers
5、atisfaction,andthenon-traditionalmanagementphilosophieswhicharedrivenbythoseemphases.Moreover,companiesarebeginningtorecognizethatlearningtrulyisalifelongendeavoranddevelopmentalactivitiessuchasemployeetraininghaveaprofoundlypositiveimpactonjobsatisfaction,productivityand,ultimately,overa
6、llprofitability.Thefactisthattraining,whencarefullydevelopedandappropriatelyimplemented,canhaveadesirableimpactonthebottomline.Theunderlyingaimofallemployeetrainingistoincreaseefficiency.Otheroutcomesarereallyauxiliaryand/orincidental.Whilegoalssuchasfacilitatingthepersonaland/orprofessio
