2、的疗效分析。方法选择2013-02/2014-02青岛大学附属医院关节外科收治的膝骨性关节炎行双侧膝关节置换术患者30例（60膝）。患者均签署知情同意书。将60膝不分左右随机分为两组，试验组30膝（左膝17例，右膝13例），术中行髌骨置换，对照组30膝（左膝13例，右膝17例），术中未置换髌骨。对两组术后3月、6月及12月时膝关节功能（kneesocietyscore,KSS）评分、膝前痛评分、膝关节活动度和髌前弹响等进行对比分析。结果置换组与未置换组患者术后各项指标均较术前有明显提高,术后3月、6月、12月膝关节功能评分、膝前痛VAS
