7、个人简历·············································································49中文摘要急性胰腺炎大鼠神经降压素水平与肠黏膜损伤关系的实验研究摘要目的:重症急性胰腺炎(severeacutepancreatitis,SAP)时肠黏膜屏障功能受损,容易发生肠屏障功能障碍(intestinebarrierfunctionaldisturbance,IBFD),急性胰腺炎肠道改变,包括炎性,肠道动力紊乱,管腔狭窄,溃疡,
8、出血,缺血,坏死等。胰腺炎相关并发症源自胃肠道已被公认,并可导致肠起源败血症,甚至死亡。因此在治疗急性胰腺炎的同时对肠黏膜屏障的保护尤为重要。神经降压素(neurotensin,NT)能增强肠粘膜机械屏障,同时NT能使毛细血管通透性增高。NT在SAP肠屏障功能障碍中的作用不详。本实验旨在选择血浆D-乳酸及内毒素水平作为肠道通透性指标。观察应用特异性NF-κB抑制剂吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸盐(pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate,PDTC)预处理后的小肠变化
