6、转化的研究进展··············38致谢·····················································································45个人简历···············································································46中文摘要Twist基因诱导绒癌细胞上皮-间质转化的研究摘要目的:绒毛膜癌(choriocarcinoma)简称绒癌(CC),在妊娠滋养细胞疾病中(gestation

7、altrophoblasticdisease,GTD)恶性程度居于首位。其可继发于包括足月分娩、异位妊娠、自然流产以及葡萄胎在内的各种类型的妊娠。绒癌在女性生殖系统肿瘤中发病率虽不及宫颈癌、卵巢癌及子宫内膜癌,但其发展迅速,早期即可转移至肺、脑等重要脏器,恶性程度极高,严重危害着广大女性的生命健康。因其对化疗药物极其敏感,绒癌成为首个能够通过化疗治愈的妇科实体肿瘤。但由于化疗药物种类及化疗方案的选择不当,常导致肿瘤细胞耐药的情形产生,使之成为化疗失败的最主要原因。滋养细胞肿瘤的发病与多方面因素有关,发病机制尚未明确,因此关于其发生、发展及耐药方面的研究
