3、ompetitivenessofthewholecompany.ThereisstillabiggapbetweenTaiwanesecompaniesandtheirforeigncounterpartsorotherindustriesinthelevelofhumanresourcemanagement.Duringteamoperation,thedeliverablesdelaybringsfrequentcustomerscomplaintorevenprojectfailure.Therefore,teamperforman
4、ceimprovementsaredesirableforthecomputercompanies.Kcompanyengagesintheresearchanddevelopmentandproductionofcomputer.ThisthesisfocusonperformanceimprovementofElectronicsR&DprojectteamTofKcompany,throughthetheoryinvestigationandpractice.HRmanagementphilosophyisusedinthisapp
