2、aterialswereanalyzedintwomajorlevels:morphologylevelandDNAlevel,totestthegeneticdiversityof60samplesofEremochloaophiuroidesgermplasmresourcesthatgatheredfromabovethirteenprovinces.IntegratedanalysisofmorphologylevelWaSmadeintwoparts:spaceenlargementofclonesandturfquality,thes
3、eanalysesprovidedbaSisforstudy,collection,newcultivatesbreedingandrationalutilizationofthegermplasmresourcesofEremochloaophiuroides.(1).ResearchresultsofEremochloaophiuroidesmorphologicalmarkers:Amongthe1morphologicalmarkers,themaximumrangevariationWasintheleaflengthofvertica
4、lbranch,whichwasabout22.15%;theminimumrangevariationWasexistedthediameterofstolon,whichWaSonly7.82%.Of12characteristicsofstolonhorizontalenlargement,correlationanalysisshowedahighlysignificantlevel(P5、ond—levelinternodesnumbers,first-levelnodeslength.Thestemintemodeslength,first-levelbranchintemodesnumbersandsecond-levelinternodeslengthshowedasignificantlevel.ThevariationrangeofeachmarkerWas0.51%,---3.28%,whichmeanstherichdiversityamongdifferentasexualpropagationcharacteri6、zationmarkers.(2).AssessmentofsixtygermplasmofEremochloaophiuroidesusingtheComprehensiveAssessmentSystemofTurfQualityproposedbyLiuJianxiu.Theresultsshowedthatamongdifferentvarietiesofturfgrasses,NO.54germplasmscoresthehighest,whileNO.48scoresthelowest,theleafmorphologyindexva7、luerangesinthemiddlelevelintherestofgermplasm,theevaluationscoreproclaimedthatEremochloaophiuroidesissuitabletodifferentkindsofturf.(3).GeneticdiversityofsixtygermplasmofEremochloaophiuroidesusingISSRmolecularmarkeranalysis.ThirteenhighlypolymorphismandresolutionpairsofISSRpr8、imerswereusedtotheamplificationofgenomeDNAofmaterials,104piecesofrea
