1、中国农业大学硕士学位论文生物有机肥好氧发酵系统的关键设备的研究姓名:樊洁申请学位级别:硕士专业:农业机械化工程指导教师:左淑珍20070501摘要为提高我国生物有机肥好氧发酵系统的机械化水平以及生物有机肥料的质量,降低其过程的劳动强度,本论文分析研究了国内外的发酵翻堆机,设计了一种搅拌式发酵翻堆机,以适应本课题的科学配方槽式好氧发酵制肥的翻堆搅拌工艺。它能使发酵物料及微生物菌群均匀分布,降低发酵温度,保证氨基酸等有效养分不被破坏,保证肥料的养分不流失,此外还能把待发酵物料从进料口移动到出料口,实现输送物料的功能。本文通过研究整个生物有机肥好氧发酵的工艺流程及流程设备和对比分析国内外同类产品,设
2、计了一种双螺旋叶片搅拌式发酵翻堆机,并通过对其搅拌翻堆轴的阻力矩的分析,设计了搅拌式翻堆机的搅拌翻堆装置的机械传动系统、行走装置的机械传动系统以及曲柄滑杆支承机构的机械传动系统,绘制了整个机器的三维图。同时设计了搅拌翻堆装置的液压起升机构,绘制了液压系统原理图,为以后的控制系统的研究奠定了基础。关键词:科学配方好氧发酵系统,双螺旋搅拌式发酵翻堆机,机械传动系统,液压起升机构AbstractInordertoimprovethequaUtyofthefertilizerandthemechanizationlevelofthemicrobialorgan/cferti//zeraerobicfe
