1、畜牧兽医学报2010,41(5):524—530ActaVeterinariaetZootechnicaSinica京海黄鸡LYZ基因SNPs检测及其与生长’产蛋性能的联系侯启瑞,王金玉,王慧华,李源,施会强。(1.扬州大学动物科学与技术学院,扬州225009;2.江苏京海集团,海门226100)摘要:旨在探讨溶菌酶(1ysozyme,LYZ)基因与生长和产蛋性能的关系。本研究以京海黄鸡育种场培育的慢速J和常速厂两个品系F2代育种群为试验材料,对鸡LYZ基因外显子进行了SNP检测,分析了LYZ基因与生长和产
