1、自然分娩产后出血的临床分析曾玲(四川省成都市新都区妇幼保健院妇产科四川成都610500)【摘要】目的：分析自然分娩产后出血的特点及处理体会。方法：回顾性分析3123例自然分娩患者的临床资料，其中60例发牛产生出血，将其设为观察组，随机选择未产后岀血的60例患者作为对照组，比较两组患者产前紧张程度，再将所有患者按照年龄分为35岁及以下、35岁以上两组，比较两组的总出血量、总住院时间及产后出血例数，分析自然分娩产后出血与年龄的相关性。结果：35岁及以上自然分娩209例产妇中，产后出血20例，比例为9.57%,35岁以下2904例产妇中，产后出血40例，比例为1.38%,35岁及以

2、上自然分娩产后出血比例、总出血量及总住院时间均显著高于35岁以下组，差异具统计学意义(P<0.01)；观察组产前紧张程度评分低于5分者比例显箸低于对照组，6-8分及8分以上者比例显著高于对照组，差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：自然分娩产后出血发生率与年龄呈正相关，产妇年龄越大，发生产后岀血的机率越高，且产妇产前紧张程度与产后出血也有相关性。【关键词】自然分娩；产后出血；临床分析【中图分类号1R714.3【文献标识码】B【文章编号11003-5028(2015)5-0132-01[Abstract】Objective:toanalyzethecharacte
