1、居家督导对社区慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理的影响社区护理CommunityHealthNursing居家督导对社区慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理的影响晦苗秀欣王月惠杨富国徐静王喜玲【摘要】目的:采用不同的居家督导方式指导慢性心力衰渴患者的自我管理，比较督导方式干预效果的差异与优劣,便于临床实施.方法:将61名社区随诊的慢性心力衰竭患者分为2组，一组选择家属督导，另一组在家属督导基础上，由研究者采用电话途径进行1周1次督导，历时8周.在入组时及居家督导结束后6个月，应用修订的心力衰渴自我管理行为量表和心力衰竭知识问卷对研究对象分别进行心力衰竭自我管理行为和

2、心力衰竭知识测定,对测量结果进行统计学分析•结果:居家督导后两组研究对象在自我管理行为，心力衰竭知识测定前后对照中，差界均具有统计学意义(尸<0.01);两组在自我管理行为，心力衰竭知识评价比较中,差异具有统计学意义(尸<0.05).结论:居家督导能有效提高社区慢性心力衰竭患者自我管理水平;患者家属居家督导，专业人员与家属联合居家督导，均能取得较好的效果，专业人员与家属联合居家督导效果好于单纯家属督导效果.［关键词】居家;督导;自我管理;慢性心力衰竭【中图分类号】R197.323;R492Theeffectsofahome-base
