3、townersofSMEsdriveforwardadoption,primarilybecauseoftheperceivedbenefits.Thepaperusesnetworkactortheorytoinvestigatetheseissues.Fiveinfluencenetworksareidentified.Thesearetheexpertnetwork,primarilyITfirms;theindustrylednetwork,SMEsworkingincollaborationwithindus
