2、ndfortetrabutylammoniumhydroxideincreasesrapidly.Howerer,atpresent,thesyntheticmethodsoftetrabutylammoniumhydroxidehavesomedisadvantages,forexampletheimpuritycontentishigh,therefore,thestudyofsynthesisprocessoftetrabutylammoniumhydroxidebyelectrodialysishasagoodapplicationpros
3、pect.Firstly,astudyonthepreparationoftetrabutylammoniumbromidefromtributylaminewasperformed.Theoperationparameterssuchasthetypeofsolvent,thedosageofsolvent,themixtureratioandthereactiontime,wereinvestigatedintheprocess.Theresultshowedthattheoptimumreactionsareasfollows:acetoni
4、trileasthesolvent,themixtureratioofn(tributylamine):n(n-butylbromide):n(acetonitrile)21:1.2:4.thereactiontimeof24h,thereactionconversionratereached93%,recrystallizationsolventofethylacetateusedforfourtimes.theaverageyieldoftetrabutylammoniumbromideachieves86.6%.Fromthesynthesi
5、sexperimentoftetrabutylammoniumhydroxidebyasinglemembraneelectrolysis,TC-1ionexchangemembranewasthemostappropriateoneallowedtetrabutylammoniumionstopassthrough.Inordertosolvetheproblemsofsinglemembraneelectrolyticcell,theexperimentschemeofthree—embraneandfour-chamberelectrodia
6、lysisWaspresented.Applicationofcontinuousfeedandcontinuousdischargingwaycansolvetheproblemoflowcurrentefficiency.Theelectrolyticfactorswasoptimized,thebestelectrolyticsolution:current200A/m2,flow150L/h,rawmaterialconcentration50、玑%,alkaliconcentration6wt%,providingahighcurrent
