3、sionofcompositiondesign,preparingmethodsselectionandprocessparametersoptimizationtodevelopthekeytechnologyofW/Cucompositesmaterialsprocessing.Inthisinvestigation,thepreparationmethodselectionandprocessparametersoptimizationofW-15Cuhasbeencarriedthrou
4、gh.TheprocessexperimentresultsshowanefectiveandfeasiblewaytoprepareW/CucompositeswithlowCTEandhighTC,thatisthroughpretreatmentofCuandWpowders,additionofinducingCupowders,formingWskeletonunderhighpressure,andinfiltrationofCuintoWskeletonunderreductive
5、atmosphere.Furthermore,throughdiscussionofparameters,whichcanafecttheproprietiesandmicrostructureofW/Cucomposites,thefollowingmainresultscanbeobtained:1)Theexperimentresultsshowedthatthepretreatmentofthepowders,practicalsizeoftheWpowder,additionofthe
6、inducingCupowder,andthepurityoftherawmaterialsafectthepressingprosperitiesofWpowders;theporosityamountanditsdistribution,infiltrationtemperaturesplayimportantroleonthepropertyoftheW/CuMMCs,whiletheinfiltrationtimeandheating/coolingratehavelessefecton
