1、东北师范大学硕士学位论文企业信用信息支持问题研究姓名：惠瑶申请学位级别：硕士专业：图书馆学指导教师：卢小宾20040501中文摘要信用是在二元主体或多元主体之间，以某种经济生活需要为目的，建立在诚实守信基础上的心理承诺与约期实践相结合的意志和能力。作为市场经济的主体之一，企业的信用问题已经成为影响各国经济发展的重要因素。近年来，针对企业信用的管理研究逐渐成为国内外学者关注的一个重要领域。随着各国企业信用管理理论与实践的发展，信用信息的支持问题日益突出。综观国内外，企业信用信息支持问题己成为开展企业信用运作和企业信用约束的前提。作

2、为企业信用体系建设的重要组成部分，良好的企业信用信息支持机制不仅可以优化企业信用资源，规范市场交易主体的信用行为;而且可以降低企业信用交易成本，保障和促进企业信用体系的建设。否则，企业信用体系就形同“无水之源，无本之木”。因此，研究企业信用信息支持问题具有重大的理论意义与实践意义。文章试图通过分析企业信用信息的分布与评估、传递与有条件共享，以保证市场参与者高效、准确地获取交易对方的信用信息，进而做出及时、正确、稳妥的信用决策。文章从企业信用信息的基本问题入手，采用博弈分析法、对比分析法等研究方法，探讨了企业信用信息支持的动态过程
