3、urbanChina.Theresearchfocusesonthenewandevolvinglocalgovernancemodelanditsthreesalientfeatures,thoseincludeautonomyinresidentscommittee,developmentofNGOs,publicparticipationandvolunteering.Thesocialreformisattheturningpointfromverticaladministrativepatternt
