1、肿瘤相关巨噬细胞在骨肉瘤生长及侵袭中的作用中文摘要目的探讨观察肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TumorAssociatedMacrophages,TAMs)在骨肉瘤生长及侵袭中的作用,并探讨可能的作用机制,为临床治疗骨肉瘤提供一定的研究基础。方法选择青岛市第三人民医院2010年1月至2011年9月间手术切除的随访资料完整的骨肉瘤病例标本20例,采用SP免疫组织化学技术法,分别检测其CD206、MCP.1、VEGF及MMP.9蛋白的表达情况,并分析在骨肉瘤中TAMs与MCP.1、VEGF及MMP.9蛋白之间的关系。结果与正常组比较,骨肉瘤组CD206、MCP一1、VEGF及MMP.9
