2、oundationExecutiveDirector.1.Compensationa.RecipientscompensatedfullorinpartbytheONSFoundationResearchAwardshallnotbeconsideredONSFoundation/ONSemployees,unlessstipulatedbyaseparatecontractualagreement.2.Modificationsa.Recipientsmustsubmitawrittenrequestforapprovalofanymodifi

3、cationstothespecificaims,methods,and/orexpectedoutcomesofONSFoundationResearchCareerDevelopmentAwards,priortoimplementationofmodifications.b.RecipientsmustsubmitawrittenrequestforapprovalfromtheONSFoundationofchangesinprojectmentorand/ororganizationalaffiliationwithin30daysof

4、thechange.3.BudgetIssuesa.TherecipientagreestonotifytheONSFoundationimmediatelyofanyadditionalorduplicatefundinginconnectionwiththisfundedactivity.b.Recipientsareresponsibleformonitoringtheexpenditureoffundsandforusingtheawardedmoniesasstipulatedintheapprovedline-itembudget.c

5、.RecipientsmustobtainapprovalfromtheONSFoundationforsignificantre-budgeting.i.Significantre-budgetingoccurswhenexpendituresinasingledirectcostbudgetcategorydeviate(increaseordecrease)fromthecategoricalcommitmentlevelestablishedatthetimeoftheawardbymorethan25%ofthetotalcostint

6、hecategoryoraminimumof$500inacategory.31.No-CostExtensionsa.Nocostextensionsarenotpermitted.ItisexpectedthattheResearchCareerDevelopmentAwardbecompletedwithinoneyearofnotificationofthereceiptoftheaward.b.Iftheproposedaimsarenotcompletedwithintheoneyeartimeframeofthefundedacti

7、vity,unexpendedfundsmustbereturnedtotheONSFoundationandthefinalreportsubmitted,basedontheworkcompleted.2.ReportingRequirementsa.AllrecipientsarerequiredtosubmitafinalscientificreportofaccomplishmentoftheprojectaimsandoutcomesandafinalexpenditurereportfollowingtheGuidelinesfor
