3、on.12.22Deaneries/foundationschoolsshouldpublishtheirpolicyonacquisitionoffoundationcompetencesoutsideoftheUKandmakethisavailabletothoseapplyingtotheFoundationProgramme.Notalldeaneries/foundationschoolssupportF2abroad.12.23ProspectiveapprovalmustbegrantedifthetrainingoutsideoftheUKistocount

4、towardstherequirementsforsatisfactorycompletionoftheFoundationProgramme.Itisthefoundationdoctor’sresponsibilitytoarrangeasuitableplacementandconfirmthattheunithasagreedtoprovidetraining,assessmentandsupportinaccordancewiththerequirementsforsatisfactorycompletionoftheFoundationProgramme.7.94

5、MedicalstudentsandfoundationdoctorsmustactinaccordancewiththeGMC’sguidanceinGoodMedicalPracticeonacceptingpostsandthenrefusingthem,i.e.theymustgivethefoundationschoolsufficienttimetomakesuitablearrangementstomeetpatientandserviceneeds.Appointeesandemployeesareexpectedtomeetthetermsandcondit
