2、reakinundateunderdifferenttime.Furthermore,thispaperalsointroducestheconceptof‘'UrbanFlood鼬skManagement”thatissuggestedbyWMO(WorldMeteorologicalOrganization).Thispapermainlycomprisesasflollowing:First,manyliteraturesrelatedtofloodsimulationalecollect
3、edandresearchedbothathomeandabroad.Accordingtothesurvey,thetechnologymethodsoffloodsimulationincludetwodirections:self-developedsimulationplatformandtheuseofsimulationsoftware,forexample:Delft,Mike11,Mike21,HEC·RAS,etc.HEC—RASisnotonlyafreesoftware,a
4、ndthecombinationofHEC—GeoRAStosimulateinundationinArcGISisnotonlyprovedtobefeasible,butinrecentyearsanumberofauthoritativeorganizationsabroadsimulatedfloodscenariobythismeans,soitCanbesaidthatthetechniquehasacertainlevelofresearch..Secondly,theprinci
5、ples,functionand·UseofHEC-RASmodelandHEC—GeoRASmoduleareintroduced,andtheroleofArcGISinfloodsimulation.Thirdly,thispapersimulatesflooddisasterofHuainanCityintheGISenvironment,itincludestwoaspects:ononehand,thispapersimulatesovertoppinginundationunder
