1、限不清楚,胞体肿胀,胞浆疏松,核体不规则,有明显软化灶形成,周边可见炎性细胞浸润,溶媒组与缺血组比较无明显差异,而醒脑静组、3MA组、醒脑静+雷帕霉素组较缺血组、醒脑静+3MA组、雷帕霉素组病理变化得到明显改善。免疫组化显示:Beclin1在各模型组的表达高于假手术组,着色加深,免疫反应性增强(P<0.05),在醒脑静组、3MA组、醒脑静+3MA组表达低于缺血组、雷帕霉素组、醒脑静+雷帕霉素组(P<0.05)。LC3在各模型组的阳性率高于假手术组(P<0.05),在醒脑静组、3MA组、醒脑静+3MA组表达低于缺血组、雷帕霉素组、
2、醒脑静+雷帕霉素组(P<0.05)。Bcl-2在各模型组的表达高于假手术组(P<0.05),在醒脑静组、醒脑静+雷帕霉素组表达明显高于缺血组。TUNEL染色显示:凋亡神经元阳性细胞主要见于梗死灶周围的纹状体及额顶部皮质,假手术组有少量凋亡细胞存在,醒脑静组阳性细胞数相对较其他模型组低。透射电镜结果显示缺血组可见明显的自噬体形成。透射电镜结果显示:神经细胞排列紊乱,可见大量空泡和液化灶,双层膜囊泡内包裹了部分胞浆物质,胞膜轮廓不清,线粒体肿胀变形,有时可见自噬体包裹的线粒体残体,细胞核固缩,可见大量吞噬体。结论:脑缺血再灌注损伤后
