4、minielectricvehiclebodytopologyoptimizationspaceisestablishedonthebasisoftheoverallsizeandmodeling.Byusingequivalentstaticloadmethodtogetdisplacementaveragecollisionforce,thenonlineardynamicconditioncanbeconvertedtostaticcondition.Thetopologyoptimiza
5、tionintypicalloadcasesincludingvariousimpactcondition,toppressure,variousstiffnessconditionforthenewminielectriccararecarriedouttogetthemainloadtransferpathofthebody.Theoptimizationresultsshowthatthefront,side,roof,floorandothermajorareasofthebodyfor
6、medaclearandreasonabletopologyoptimizationstructure.Thegeometricwireframemodeloftheconceptframestructureofthebodywasestablishedonthebasisoftopologyoptimizationresultanddesignexperience.Andthenthecarbodymodelofone-dimensionalbeamelementwithsectionprop
7、ertieswasbuiltandthecross-sectionparameterwasoptimizedtolightweightthecarbody.Accordingtotheoptimizationresultadetailedfiniteelementmodelwascreated.TheperformanceofthecarbodywasanalysedandevaluatedbasedonFEMmethod,includingtorsionstiffnessandbendstif
