4、calanalysissoftware:thetreatmentgroup(25cases),themodelgroup(25cases),andtheshamgroup(10cases).Themodelratswiththemiddlecerebralarteryocclusion(MCAO)werepreparedaccordingtothemethoddescribedbyZeaLongamethod.Cerebralarterialthrombosismodelratswithspasmweretheresearchobject.Zealonganeuralfunc
5、tionevaluationandModifiedAshworthScalewereundertakentoevaluatetheresultofthemodel.TheinclusionconsistedofratsmodelofMCAO,theexclusionconsistedoffailmodelratsandthedeathintheprocessofmakingmodelandintervention.Theratsastheresearchobjectwereselectedatthelast,thetreatmentgroup(8cases),themodel
6、group(11cases),andtheshamgroup(10cases).Thetreatmentgroup:Catgutimplantationatacupointtreatmentwasadded5dayslaterafterthemodel,keepingon7daysatDazhui,Jizhong,Guanyuan,Zhongwan,Houhui.Then,2%pentobarbitalsaltwasintraperitoneallyadministered(40mg/kg).Isolatedtissueperfusionsystemwasusedtomeas
