1、Abstractofsprayingtimesismorethan30times,thesensorhasconductivityandstrainresponse,buttheeffectivestrainrangeisverylow.Oncethestrainexceedsthisrange,thesensorwillbecomeinvalid;Andwithnumeroussprayingtime,theconductivityofsensorismoreexcellent,theeffectivestrainrangeisrelativelyhigh
2、.Basedonthedifferenceofeffectivestrainrange,thesensitivityandlinearityofthenumberoflessspraying(lessthan55times)andmultiplespraying(morethan55times)weretestedrespectively.Theresultsshowedthat:thesensitivityofthesensorwithlesssprayingtimeisrelativelyhigh(6.846),andthelinearityislow.
3、Withtheincreaseinthenumberofspray,thesensitivitydecreasedfrom6.846to2.158,whilethelinearityincreasedfrom0.851to0.984.Thissensorissuitableforapplicationsinmicro-strainrecognitionscenarios.Thesensitivityofthemulti-sprayedsensorislowandthelinearityishigh(0.996).Withtheincreaseofthenum
4、berofspraying,thesensitivitycontinuestodecreaseto1.282,linearityisalwaysmaintainedatahighlevel.Thissensorissuitableforthefieldoflargestrainlinearmonitoring.Aimingatthehighsensitivityinsensingsurfacepressure,aflexiblepiezoresistivesensorbasedonMWCNTspyramidarray/patternedelectrodest
5、ructurewasdesigned,andthepressureresponsemechanismofthesensorwasdescribedandthesensorwasprepared.Theresultsofthesensorperformancetestshowsthatthedevicehasaoutstandingpressureresponsecapability,theresponsetimeis0.2s,andthesensorcanmaintainstableelectricalresponseunderrepeatedloads,h
6、asgoodreliability;Inthelow-1pressurerange(lessthan100Pa),thesensorhasaultra-highsensitivity(-9.95kPa),about100timeshigherthanthatofanunstructuredsensor.Furthermore,theinfluenceofthepyramidstructureandthepatternedelectrodeonthesensitivityofthesensorwasdiscussedbypreparingthesensorba
7、sedonMWCNTspyramidarray/flatelectrodeandthesensorbasedonflatMWCNTconductivelayer/flatelectrodebasedflexiblesensor.Thepressureresponsecurveshowsthatthesensitivityofthesensorbasedonthe-1MWCNTspyramidarray/flatelectrodeis-5.13kPainthelowpressurerange(lessthan100Pa),andthesensitivityof
