1、内陆高碘地区停供碘盐后人群碘营养水平及碘来源调查张向东贾清珍郭百锁[摘要]目的了解不同水碘含量地区停供碘盐后人群碘来源改变的情况以及不同人群的碘营养状况,为制定或调整高碘地区防制策略提供科学依据。探讨停供碘盐的水碘切点值。方法①选择水碘含量在0~50,50~100,100~150,150~300,300~500,500μg/L~范围内,停供碘盐措施落实好的村为调查点。②每个点随机选取20名8~10岁儿童,同时选择儿童家中18~50岁育龄期妇女、18~60岁成年男子为研究对象。③采取3日回顾询问法对各调查对象进行膳食调查。④采集当地生活饮水、自产主、副食食品进行碘含量检验
2、,确定居民从饮水、膳食中获取的碘元素水平。⑤采集各研究对象一次性随机尿样,检测尿碘含量,掌握当地居民碘营养状况。结果①水碘为25.9和70.6μg/L的调查点,三个人群的尿碘中位数均在100~200μg/L之间,碘营养水平为适宜;水碘为109μg/L的调查点,三个人群的尿碘中位数均在200~300μg/L之间,为超过适宜量;水碘为225.8、430和581.2μg/L的调查点,三个人群的尿碘中位数均大于300μg/L,为碘摄入过多。②各调查点各人群碘摄入量均达到并超过了ICCIDD/UNICEF/WHO推荐的膳食碘的推荐摄入量标准。水碘在581.2μg/L的调查占各人群
3、碘摄入量均超过了日安全摄入量上限。③在各调查点,饮水碘的摄入量占总摄入量的比例随水碘含量升高而增大,在水碘含量超过100μg/L后,饮水碘的摄入超过食物碘的摄入,成为人体碘的主要来源。结论高碘地区划定标准的水碘含量切点值建议设为100μg/L。高碘地区/病区的划定应以村为单位。[关键词]碘;过量;膳食调查;营养;碘盐InvestigationonthesourceandthenutritionalstatusofiodineofcrowdafterterminationofiodizedsaltsupplyininlandhighwateriodineareasZHAN
