1、中文摘要教师专业发展与教师专业成长研究近年来己成为国内外教育关注的焦点,教师对专业化目标追求的积极性也随之增大,尤其在高等教育领域,教师专业化对提高高等教育质量起着越来越重要的作用。因此,提升高校教师专业发展水平既是适应高校发展的需要,更是高校教师自我发展的需求。高校教师既是教育者,也是学习者、研究者。他们的专业发展包括:知识结构、教育实践和科研能力结构、积极情感和高尚人格等方面。由于民办高校与公立高校在办学体制、运行机制等方面存在着本质的区别,在教师专业发展上表现出各自不同的优劣。但无论是民办高校教师还是公立高校教师其专业发展
2、水平离教师专业化标准都还存在着一定的距离。因此,应采取相应的措施,提高民办与公立高校教师专业发展水平。一是完善教师管理制度,优化高校教师人力资源管理机制,特别是转变公立高校人事管理模式;二是构建教师继续教育新机制,建立一个完整的培训体系,特别是加大民办高校教师职前和在职培训力度;三是建设教师专业发展基地,使之成为高校教师专业发展的摇篮:匹是提高教师基本素质,完善高校教师专业素质结构和学历层次结构,适当提高民办高校教师高学历比率;五是充分调动教师专业自主发展的积极性,激发教师专业自主发展意识;六是加强高校教师职业道德教育,提高教师
