2、ciallyindustrialstructureshiftandefficiencyimprovementofenergyconsumptioninthesectors.ThestructuredecompositionanalysisisusedinthePapertofindwhichfactorcontributesmoretothedecliningenergyintensity.neresultshows廿latindifferentperiodthesetwofactorshaddifferentinfluences;however,theefficiency
3、improvementofenergyconsumptionisthemainfactor.Astheindustrialsectorconsumesmostenergy,thispaperalsolooksattheenergyintensityofindustrialsector.Structuredecompositionanalysisisusedtofindthemaincauseofthedecreasingenergyintensityofindustrialsector.Theresultshowsthatthestructureshiftinindustr
4、ialsector,ratherthanefficiencyimprovementofenergyconsumption,contributesmoretothedecreasingenergyintensityofindustrialsector.Thelinksbetweentheindustriesareconstraintsinconsideringchangingstructureofindustrialsectortoreduceenergyintensity.Byintroducinginput-outputmethod,somehi曲energyintens
