3、n,and3casesofHangmanfracture・30casesoftrafficinjuriesand6casesoffallinginjuries・Clinicalsymptomsincludeneckpainandrestrictedactivity・Therewere25patientswithdifferentlevelsofneurocompressionandsigns.,dependingonthetypeofdamagewithpillowneckbonegraftfusionfra
4、mework,Brook一Jenkinatlasposterioratlanto-axialarthrodesis,dentateanddirectcompressionscrewinternalfixation,anteriorvertebralbodydoublescrewfixation.Inallcases,thefirstlineofheadandneckretractionwasfirstdonebeforesurgery.Results36patientswerefollowedfor696mo
